Non-sanctioned Contest or Event Policy

Athlete Membership Agreement

As an IFBB PRO athlete, I agree not to compete, judge, or appear onstage (except to guest pose) at a contest unless it is sanctioned by the IFBB Professional League. I also agree not to promote, advertise, endorse, or use (or allow others to use) my name or likeness to publicize a non-sanctioned contest or event. As a sponsored athlete, I may guest pose, give a seminar, or appear at a display booth, meet and greet, or act as a brand ambassador. I may coach a competitor or attend as a spectator. I acknowledge and accept that the IFBB Professional League does not authorize me, my sponsor, or anyone else to use “IFBBPRO”, “IFBB PRO LEAGUE”, “IFBB PROFESSIONAL LEAGUE”, or the IFBB Professional League logo in any publicity for a non-sanctioned contest or event. I agree not to promote, advertise, or otherwise endorse a non-sanctioned contest or event on my social media, which includes, but is not limited to, images and video showing names and/or logos of organizations that are not recognized by the IFBB Professional League.

By signing my Athlete Membership Agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree with this policy, and I accept that any failure on my part to act in full compliance with this policy will result in the suspension or loss of my IFBB PRO status and/or privileges.

Judge Membership Agreement

As an NPC Worldwide and/or IFBB PRO judge, I agree not to judge at a contest unless it is sanctioned by NPC Worldwide or the IFBB Professional League. I acknowledge and accept that I am required to carry out my duties as a judge without conflict of interest. I agree not to judge a competitor whom I have trained, coached, or have assisted in that competitor’s contest preparation in any manner. I agree not to appear onstage at a contest unless it is sanctioned by NPC Worldwide or the IFBB Professional League. I also agree not to promote, advertise, endorse, or use (or allows others to use) my name or likeness to publicize a non-sanctioned contest. I acknowledge and accept that NPC Worldwide and the IFBB Professional League do not authorize me to use “NPC WORLDWIDE”, “IFBB PRO”, “IFBB PRO LEAGUE”, “IFBB PROFESSIONAL LEAGUE”, or the NPC Worldwide or IFBB Professional League logos in any publicity for a non-sanctioned contest. I agree not to promote, advertise, or otherwise endorse a non-sanctioned contest on my social media, which includes, but is not limited to, images and video showing names and/or logos of organizations that are not recognized by NPC Worldwide or the IFBB Professional League.
